adjustment techniques

decompression

when we walk, run, or jump our spine holds everything in place. everyday life causes the discs in the spine to compress, which pushes spinal fluid out of those discs. decompression gently pulls on those segments of the spine, allowing fluid to move back into the discs. that spinal fluid cushions the joint and carries nutrients the spine needs to be healthy.

therapeutic ultrasound

therapeutic ultrasound combines regular ultrasound with specially designed heads. these heads are specifically designed to focus the ultrasound into the affected area. ultrasound then stimulates the area increasing blood flow. this promotes healing and is proven to be a non drug alternative to pain relief.

E-stim

e-stim therapy uses controlled electrical current to contract the muscles multiple times in a short duration. this causes the muscles to relax., which in turn aids the adjustment.
